From the very beginning, expectations for the Raiders were cautiously optimistic after a stunning Week 1 win over the New England Patriots, but that early success proved to be a mirage. The team quickly unraveled, losing 14 of their final 16 games and finishing tied for the league’s worst record—marking the franchise’s 18th losing season in the last 23 years.

Quarterback play was a glaring issue for Las Vegas throughout the year.
